Let's delve into the roots of the -isms that people argue about and all.
Communism<-(henceforth this "<-" sign will mean, "comes from")Capitalism<-Money<-Profession
Now the oldest profession is prostitution.
So sex was the first thing to be sold.
Therefore free sex equates to very true communism.
Now comes the very biological explanation of it.
Humans have XX and XY as their sex chromosomes of which X and Y are the individual ones. Under proper examination one can discover that the X chromosome is a fully developed one whereas the Y chromosome is a smaller, less functional chromosome whose main activity is to determine maleness.
Now the Y chromosome is like this for a definite reason and this is confirmed by modern science. Human males are monogamous. They prefer one partner throughout life. So when it comes down to free and open sex for all it is not really human nature.
At least till now.

ReplyDeleteBut I would like to state that not all human males are monogamous. It can't be decided upon. Rather, they are polygamous by nature like other mammals on earth, e.g. Lion, Elephant etc. If you see a 'Pride' or a 'Herd', you'll get what I'm trying to mean. Human males also used to 'enjoy' in that way long time ago.
So, in this context, I think this article needs a revision.

@Aveek: The Y chromosome is the proof that human males are monogamous. "Use and disuse" is an important factor in evolution. And the Y chromosome hasn't been "used" that much in so many years of human evolution. This is because human males have not been, historically, polygamous. Humans never maintained a pride or a herd like lions or elephants. And due to it's disuse, the Y chromosome mainly works to determine maleness, and the evolution has been in the X chromosome only. It can be easily said that in so many years of human evolution it's the females who have evolved and this evolution is reflected in the males through the X chromosome present in them.
ReplyDeleteIn a pride of lions, only one lion gets to mate with the lionesses. This was never the condition for humans. Human society was primarily matriarchal. Later with the advent of agriculture and development of tools and means of production, and the advent of the concept of fatherhood, it gradually became patriarchal and women became treated as "second grade" among the community and sex and women got treated as a commodity.
This article does not need a revision scientifically, but on the basic idea that the distribution of the "first commodity" means true communism.
free sex is freedom to choose your partner. However there is no capital here. The capital is itself the consumer. And you cannot add your value to increase the capital. Social bonding cannot be gauged by communism theory
ReplyDelete@Sayantan da: Well one observer has told me that free sex is a socialist phenomenon where the children would be social, not any individual's. Marriage is an institution which enslaves individuals and this institutionalization is also against the norms of a socialist structure.
